Tier 0 to Tier 1
What's included
The starting point for businesses at Tier 0: no licensed AI tools, with some people using personal accounts off the books. We handle vendor selection, the data and usage policy that governs how AI is used inside your organisation, device provisioning so the tools are on every laptop from day one, and enough literacy that adoption has a base to build on. It usually runs alongside the Workflow phase, since tools without a plan to work differently rarely change anything.
