What's included
Every engagement starts here. We bring in specialists by industry, at minimum a Principal AI Engineer to assess your technical landscape and a Head of Adoption to work through the workflows with your teams. Both are involved from day one. The output is a plan specific to you: where you sit on the maturity ladder, the work worth taking over first, what we would build and run, and the projected economics calibrated to your numbers. It is yours to act on, whether or not you continue with us.
